1) Old people don't share things properly specially at sr. Manager and manager level with there colleague. 2) only fews bad fishes need to go then this plant is very good

Specially I like the work culture of this organization. People are very supportive as well as always they concerned about women's safety.

Dislikes

As I'm very new in this organization I didn't observe any kind of offensive activities yet.

In this corona epidemic, we have to be very careful, we must wear masks on the way out of the house or on our way to the company and before entering the company we should sanitize our hands and enter the company. Tax should be kept in the factory, we should take care of the Shosal distance, although there are many tasks which cannot be followed by Shosal Distance, but after the work is over we should sanitize and pine hot water. After getting discharged from work, after reaching our house, we should sanitize ourselves and take a change of clothes and after that we should touch any other family and child of our family.

Likes

There are opportunities to grow as an individual as the number of staff is low which puts extra responsibilities upon an individual. The teammates were very helpful.

Dislikes

The management is not supportive and understanding of basic employee inputs. Its rather a forced decision working environment.
