Nothing is confirm. if you go on leave the salary will be hold. The staff working in O &M are getting the salary in time as agreement with client. other has to wait for next month. There is no HR culture in this company. There is no company policy.

...mpany...please dont join...they are getting blacklisted from every other site...they dont have enough money to give our salary. Worst management ever. They dont even reply ( evem though i was on a senior post there)

Currently I working and it's bad thing company provided salary too much late it's not only one month matter but also every month following continue.

The management having too much poor. Food also very unhealthy. Water problems. Company those room provided that's having very dirty. That's why I resigned.

There is nothing to like here. Repeating, don't join if you're above diploma.

Salary is very less about 300/day and it never comes on time. Will hire you as engineer but will put you with ITI level emoloyee. No adequate facility is provided. No trainer is there. If there is any fault, your immediate superior management will try to put all blame on you. If you want to learn about Substation, go join any other organisations but never opt for this.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.
