Dislikes

Work environment, work pressure, boss are not supportive, working time is more than 9 hrs -SCM department. No freedom for new vendor development and negotiation. Only follow up for material which can do any person.

Good work environment and culture. There is a huge cafeteria company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is lot of politics and career growth is slow .There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign

Can't be explained until someone feels himself. All depends on everybody's luck. Few people becomes Manager/good salary in short span, and rest manage themselves every year with hope of next year.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary .

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow . There is a bond of 2 year before which you resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts.

Dislikes

Shift timings are not properly then I will work over time, our company don't paid extra salary.
