Work culture is worse here in JBM Chakan plant, Salary hike after GET is very less comparatively to Minda and other tire 1 companies. In Minda GET becomes Senior Engineer but here in JBM they promote GET to Engineer.
They hire the same post of enginer with 1 yr experienced a lot better salary than the GET they promote.
They hire new Engineer with 1 yr experience on 35-40k /month but the GET who promoted to Engineer they pay only 27k per month.

Nothing..you will be use by company and nothing else.salary standard is very low they pay very less,increment is too low,no salary revision,they keep low manpower,getting leave is difficult.
... the Company work, Pathetic Work Conditions ,Even Bad for Production Department. Never ever sign on Bond, Bond is for Minimum 2 years ,in that time period no salary hike etc.
...s (DGM) have supported me for learning and taking the lead at various platforms.
3) In terms of salary they are one of the best, if you are performing management will always try not to leave you, they full fill the commitment.
4) Being new OEM, company is trying to meet other OEM culture, recently alternate Saturday off initiated
1) Canteen & Transportation facility yet to be started.
2) HR policies needs to be slightly improved, although improvement is there but pace is very slow.
A wide group and working for many OEMs accross india so you have a scope of good learning.
Team is supporting, No issue for job security, Work Timing are strict 08:30-17:00 and no pressure of over staying. You have to just manage your works.
Salary growth is average and you get promotion chances late still doing good work. Work pressure due to lot of works and team you get less as per work amount.
