कम से कम salary पे जानवरो की तरह काम होता है। यहा का खाना जानवर भी नही खाते है। PRODUCTION विभाग का हर एक कर्मचारी मादरचोद है। वर्कर के साथ जानवरो से भी बुरा बर्ताव होता है। क्वालिटी डिपार्टमेंट में केवल 1 से दो प्रतिसत लोग अच्छे है। यहा का एनवायरमेन्ट बहुत खराब है, हेल्ट और सेफ्टी केवल नाम मात्र की चीज है यहा। कुल मिलाकर यहा काम करना मतलब जिंदगी बर्बाद करना है।

In jbml good thing is that i got the knowledge of press shop,weld shop and paint shop. All process and defects which comes and how to solve problems by analyising.
