Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

Except getting salary on time. Work culture is like an harrasment...you get calls to work even at midnight and forget about Sunday and Saturdays. No job security...more than 100 people left/fired the job in 2 years.. and leave policy is worst.

Everything...it is not a company to work for. No work life balance, no proper employee treatment... Saudi people will look at us like daily wage. No work from given during Covid in May 2020.

...vironment and culture teammate are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary on time.

Dislikes

No proper management. Don't respect employees all you will do is repititive work. Always under work pressure with no proper goal. All good reviews you see are faked. Leave policies are worst. Toxic work culture. Expect you to finish 2 weeks work in 1 week.

Jazeera is a great company to work with.Here we get an oppurtunity to work on different technologies..I started my carrier as a fresher but turned out to be technically sound by learning diferent technologies like React,Node.All my collegues are friendly.MD is friendly and supportive.He will try to direct us towards the path by hook or by crook.Whoever work here atleast for 1Year can groom them selves in terms of high -end technologies and increase there weightage of profile.
