Hi everyone, Delhi Labour Union I like to rais my voice against Jaz Travels as they are not giving my salary even after my resignation, even they put me and many other employees on LWP (Leave without Pay) in the entire month of February and they call us back in the March and get paid only for march and when I work for April they put my salary on hold, cause of hold my salary when I submit my resignation they keep giving excuses when start argument and when I'm asking my money for the month of February and April from them they are keep saying as per company policy you didn't serve notice period so yiu won't get anything from your salary. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
