The HR selection process is very poor and employed dangerous people like Rajendra P Singh who has gone to jail for one year and they move and allow seniors to give entry to any relatives who threaten us due to being more powerful employees ,Rajendra P Singh allowed his relative who was a gunda his name was Shailendra Singh ,they worked for Jaypee sports and tried any unethical ways and means to make The first German racing tracks in India a success ,Rajendra P Singh have also beaten lower executive staff to bring results .Ambition box should also give options of uploading photos and video (by keeping it optional )
