...agement is not transparenr. There is no cafeteria and transportation of company. Appraisals are not fair some of ther employees receive good salary hike most of in management and some employees recevie not so good salary hike like 6% to 7% rise in year and also bonus os no good

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary hike is no so good and career growth is slow.

The company is thrives on innovation and readily adopts latest technology. The company is market leader in castor oil and castor oil derivative manufacturing. And has a global client base.

Compensation is as good as. But no others benefits.

...gement us transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...our profile. It has a great set of management but the work culture is only okay. Some things that are important are they provide zero trainings and no progress also they pay way below the salary required to be paid. No structure of performance evaluation. I have been lucky but a lot of my colleagues have little learning opportunities too. Management is supportive, but managers ruin the culture. Work procedures are developing so an ideal place to get an exposure to learning.

No Trainings and also no one is interested in learning and doing something new. Salary appraisals are not as per performance based. No one supports innovation except the management.

Nothing as such is to be liked about this bogus company where nothing is up to the mark.

Totally a Fraud & waste company. No maintenance of equipments is done as per standard practices. 120HP motor & pumps are Aligned using scale no proper instruments are also available there. Workers are tortured their. HR person Dilip Patel is the worst person I've ever met in my life. that person doesn't know how to talk with people. Very rude & filthy behavior he has. He tells all the good things when you are joining. But when you join you get to know the reality of the company. Mechanical Maintenance: No support from the assistant Manager "Jignesh hingoo" & Maintenance Manager "Vipul Patel". everyone here is selfish. They do not support their team members and never help then when their team members are in trouble. They just see their safer side. People with Fake & Bogus Diploma Certificates are working as Senior engineers and have a hell lot of attitude as if they are the owners of the company. Didn't see any Engineer having valid degree. No canteen facility. you can't even go out and have food you need permissions for the same. No Travelling facility to reach there. I strongly recommend if you just want your growth to stop you can join this, If not you shouldn't even think of joining this company.
