Bad work environment and culture.teammates are supportive but management is not transparenr. There is no cafeteria and transportation of company. Appraisals are not fair some of ther employees receive good salary hike most of in management and some employees recevie not so good salary hike like 6% to 7% rise in year and also bonus os no good

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary hike is no so good and career growth is slow.

Its an old school organisation with amazing opportunities to learn new aspects inside and outside your profile. It has a great set of management but the work culture is only okay. Some things that are important are they provide zero trainings and no progress also they pay way below the salary required to be paid . No structure of performance evaluation. I have been lucky but a lot of my colleagues have little learning opportunities too. Management is supportive, but managers ruin the culture. No Trainings and also no one is interested in learning and doing something new. Salary appraisals are not as per performance based. No one supports innovation except the management.
