Shame on JST Management. The wages of workers is very very poor. We get only Rs.416/- as daily wages. Management spoil our lives. Staff's salary increased every year with above 60K to 1 Lakh, but the workers get only 40+ rupees. Shame On JST Management. Now a days price is increased but workers wages is poor. Shame on ABG, Shame on JST Management.

Dislikes

...on is a big disadvantage. 3 hrs of commute if you are travelling from Kolkata. Growth in terms of compensation is painfully slow if you join at a junior level.

It provides great opportunities for the GET who have joined directly after college. As they get to learn all the departments and their functions. They also get to know the different businesses of Jayashree Textiles. Meetings with the top management and learning from them the new ideas about how challenges are faced and how they can he make his career in a better direction.

Dislikes

Jayashree Textile should give a little bit more advantages to the one who are working in different cities for the company. They can not get all the facilities that the one who are working within the company premises are getting. Their work life balance are sometimes out of the box and they can not handle. Company should arrange some sessions for them , so that they can feel better and do their work more efficiently as they were doing it before.

DECRIMANTED AND POLITICS PLACE, HR RECRUITMEN and People Engament teams are like sweet poistion. INcluding CEO Styaki Ghosh. Regional descrimantion in the company very badly, the did not give internal respect to others state people, a HATE space in thier brain all time for others state people. full bias people are leading the company currently. Good people nos are very less in the company. in future no long run this type of mentality. full of loot and commision sytem established and smoothly run by the Midle managment and higher managment too.
