Very poor appraisal system.It is just a manipulation activity. Promotion will applicable for those persons who are experts in data manipulation and yes man .Jaya shree textiles has a lot of resources but some senior management are using it for their own benifits.

Dislikes

Total eye washing and manipulated data is maintaining and hampering the values of group for our side customers.Some seniors are looking only for own benifits which are hampering the view of the group.

Likes

It provides great opportunities for the GET who have joined directly after college. As they get to learn all the departments and their functions. They also get to know the different businesses of Jayashree Textiles. Meetings with the top management and learning from them the new ideas about how challenges are faced and how they can he make his career in a better direction.

Dislikes

Jayashree Textile should give a little bit more advantages to the one who are working in different cities for the company. They can not get all the facilities that the one who are working within the company premises are getting. Their work life balance are sometimes out of the box and they can not handle. Company should arrange somesessions for them , so that they can feel better and do their work more efficiently as they were doing it before....Read More

Work policy: It depends totally upon the travelling periods.If someone is travelling for other cities for a week then they don't need to go for office.Its a field work so go to office only when needed.
