Jaya Hind Sciaky Ltd is a 40year old company. However the the people here are not dynamic or self starters. If some one wants to progress he has to take care of every thing - for an example if I want to show Machine trial to my customer I have to see that the the production dept gets material in time. Even one has to be after the purchase guys. I can leave things to Procurement , Manufacturing . Of course it helps in getting better insight into the technical aspects of the machine. However if I am traveling then it becomes a matter of concern. Hence the standard of Team work is poor here. However there is huge scope for career growth provided one owns everything. The organization manufactures regular & as well as there customized machines .So there is huge scope for innovative idea. However here comes the role of Design dept. who are once again hardly dare to take new responsibilities. Otherwise there is job security. The owner is traditional but good. Due to increased indivisual job responsibilities for lack of team work results in difficulty in getting leave for relaxation & unwinding of stress. Hence the HR policies towards this needs to be improved.
