1. Salary cut is very high for 6 month for each employee upto 50% during COVID-19 situation. 2. Employees removed from job with incorrect blaming. 3. In Covid-19 situation forced to employee to work from office with 50% salary for 6 month. 4. Company didn't take responsibility (medical expenses) who work from Office due to forced by management. 5. No facility provided to employee work from office during lockdown. (No canteen, no transportation and no any expenses for these facilities) 5.No job security.heavy man power reduction every year. 6.Apprisal not done last 2 years. Dislikes
