Manageable Work life balance, less pressure (based on situation) and on-time releave from the company. Good apparaisal given to the employees upto Asst manager. Promotions will be given as per cycle most of the time

Dislikes

Not focused on the employees basic requirements like transport and food etc.. all those things will provided with huge contribution from the employees. Employee benefits not provided as well as competitor industries, Appraisal not provided as on time, it's leads to ruins employee financial growth, whenever the employee left the company, themselves get lost benefits of financial growth. No any certification training not provided to the all employees, Important trainings only provided to top management people's, Poor job assurance to the employees, if the people fired without any reason and settlement given only basics amount, it's leads to fear about the employees and makes unhappy to all....Read More
