Excellent Students. Highly Qualified Teachers. Dedicated and Cooperative Office Staff, Cooperative Supporting Staff. Except few Human Resources, all are friendly with helping tenancy. Except few, all are deserving for Appreciation and Promotions.

Absence of Performance Audit, Absence of Academic Audit, Absence of Effective Supervision, Absence of Effective Time Management System, Insufficient infrastructural facilities, Absence of Computer Information Technology in the Management of the Institution, Absence of Appraisal and Promotions to the Right and Deserved Persons

Excellent Administrator. Functional Secretaries' Guidance, Management, the Lucid Style of Treating their subordinates, Understanding the practical Problems and timely solving the problems with correct solutions, the nature of the Parents, the IQ of the Andaman Students, helping Tendency of the Colleagues, Respecting Gurus by the Students of Andaman, the eagerness of the students in learning the concepts, General Knowledge of the Students, Working Nature and Working Culture of the Office Colleagues have attracted me more.

Dislikes

There is nothing like this. I have never noticed anything like this here. Everybody praises my Contributions to the Growth and Development of the Higher Education, and the economic development of these islands. Almost all the people have praised my after studying my articles, books, participating my seminars and hearing my speeches both in the Conferences, meetings, All India Radio, and in TV.
