This company is One of the worst in telecom field... And not giving to proper time to time Salary or other convince.... Very shame less people's are HR basis, not pick up the Engineer / Technician call at salary time....

Likes

You get to work on different projects and learn from highly experienced people from different companies they trust you with super expensive hardware and let you handle it without making you feel insecure.

Dislikes

... policies or culture. So if you need to ask for some help you'll be in oblivion. Salary was already low for the work but they cut salaries for silly things and not pay you if you forget to ask for your salary via 8-10 mails to different people.

The company is working with telecom industry as a vendor. It gives maintenance , services and support to customers in all PAN INDIA. As a result, i get to travel many Stats and cities of INDIA. Our colleagues are very supportive, good and helpful in all ways.

Dislikes

Company culture is very good but there is no bonus and increment. Work pressure is very high and some times we worked continuously day and night without any intensive or over time payment.

Nothing to like here U.g ,p.g graduates don't waste ur career joins with this company.

Don't expect the salary before 15 even after 15 also u want make lot of mail. They select in one location but u want work for PAN india. They provide less allowance for e.g Mangalore we want to stay mean they give 250 but no lodge rs 250. More than 250 we spent that our own money.

Partiality Regarding salary & Employee . This partiality can be Removed when Project Manger & Reporting Manager from Tamil Nadu state should be Removed Bangalore location....
