Good for freshers, but not too good when you begin to gain experience. Career growth and opportunities are less in some teams, you can't learn more, sometimes it feels like you will even lose the skills that you already have because there is not much chance to apply them.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I'm a part of a team that market's reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.as a result, there are on-site opportunities are there . But on site travel is completely dependent on your project and clients location. Here Mostly clients from US , Germany and Japan . I like the culture and work atmosphere .

Dislikes

Compensation is good . Work pressure is little more . Sometimes needs to work on late nights and weekends also.

... very friendly as Team Leader gives much freedom to work, to learn and to Enjoy. Salary initially they pay less but during appraisal they may more compared MNC companies.Work depends on the project you get. According my experience politics are not there much Leads give value to the talented people.

Training is not that much useful ,less of celebrations means no entertaining events as like MNC's.

You are an diploma holder as a fresher or experience it's not a matter but are only work under unskilled engineer resources As a diploma holder Don't showcase ur skills and knowledge Just leave out and expose the skills on other organisations ur efforts are highly efficient and effective.. Another one thing thus organisation not accepted the part time engineering graduate of diploma holders So don't expect more.....!!!

Work environment totally depends on which team or which project you are working on. Luckily I got a very supportive team who helped me guide in the right way. Learning opportunities are great and you get to work on innovative technologies from ground up. For freshers it is a good place to learn and start their career. Jasmine also gives good amount of onsite opportunities to individuals who can prove their talent and adds value to their projects.

Dislikes

The starting pay at Jasmin Infotech is very low. Although the increments are good per year still you will feel your slary is not normalised compared to the other companies in the industry. The work culture in Jasmin is a bit restricted. You will feel an institute like environment while working here unlike big MNCs.
