...ke leave one day, they deduct 3000 straight away. Those people don't have heart. Always asks to work on Sunday's but nothing extra bonus is provided. Very very pathetic culture. If a person joins company one week earlier than you, even if he joins one day earlier than you, you have to call them sir and ma'am. Can't use mobile fon even after 7 pm which is officially work timing. Always they will make you sit in office till minimum 9 pm and maximum 11 pm. Very worse experience

Everything here is to dislike only. Even After giving resignation and serving notice period they haven't provided me my experience certificate, it's been 6 months now, the branch manager is pathetic, he always says checking checking but never gives experience letter

...s 2 years of time and money. You would be following unethical sales practices. At the time if Recuritment they offer you a package of 6 lakhs and it turns out to be 30k in hand. All the collaborations of jaro with other colleges have been come to an end. They have only one product that is distance pgdm from welingkar, which is not even UGC approved. And they have their own college in the name of Ifeel which is again worthless and giving old digital marketing classes which are recorded abiut 5-6 years back with no updatation. I would recommend the person to join a BPO instead of jaro.

One of the worst organisation to work with. No job security, no work life balance, too much of politics and the working environment is very kiddish.

A few company policies are very bad, even disrespectful. If you are late due to any reason your salary will be deducted, 6 day working culture, very rare holidays. NO GYM, NO CAFTERIA, NO FREE FOOD,NO WORK FROM HOME, NO SOFT SKILLS TRAININGS. ONLY ADMISSIONS and SALES TARGET.

Timely salary is the only advantage along with certain people who believe in helping you out. Not everyone helps. If you are lucky enough to get some senior who teaches u work then probably you can survive

Dislikes

No work life balance at all. They make you slog till 9-9:30 every day. Won't give you your paid leaves also. They call u after working hrs also and expect you to be active round the clock. You won't find peace for sure
