...ing. In each and every month they used to change their policies for employees. Your salary will be deducted without informing you. They’ll not tell you about any missing attendance. Zero HR policies. If you’re going to join in Lucknow branch, just trust me blindly, never join in Lucknow branch specially because their branch head is just nonsense, no leadership skill. He is just a puppet and do not have any power to support you. Their all work is full of manual works. There are no automatic approval system. you’ve to visit minimum 8 people per day and share their details at evening, and in review meeting, they’ll read between lines for creating trouble for you. They will tell you to meet- 2 Architects per day 2 builders per day 2 end customers per day 2 dealers per day And one review meeting at every 3rd day. You’ll not be able to give your time to your family, Branch head has no skill of team management. He has got the team of 28 people suddenly but not able to handle such a big team. Do not expect any support from BRANCH HEAD, he will not confident enough to handle any team. We can learn lots of things like strategy making for sales and market development, can learn about distribution and the best part is no month end pressure like other companies.

There is a 3 years bond with company and salary growth is not at per, parental insurance charge is bit high if you want to add parents and it team

My Company vision to become 1billion by 2022 and they have clear plan, target and strategy policy and ethicis.

In my last 10 years I received 6 promotions and took new challenges at the time of State bifrication along with my family I shifted to AP to look after the state and also I never discussed,blackmailed or bargained about my salary with Hr. Today as per my market review my salary should be 20k but iam in 15k.

Their product ls are best. Also you will make good contacts with jaquar group. Overall nice working culture. 15 calls per day is something difficult as you will actually do more than 25 calls per day but to feed that in orcale system is very difficult task. Very good fro freshers as you will get to learn so many things.

So much of paperwork. Salary and promotion is not as per the MNC company.

In this situation we are getting deducted salary of 40% where as in other companies of same industry they are not even cutting single penny of employees. Hope they said that they are defering this amount will get it soon in next months

Work life balance is not there. Bosses are not supportive. They always discriminate between old and new employees. Everything is getting slow down your personal and professional life.
