Zero HR policies. If you’re going to join in Lucknow branch, just trust me blindly, never join in Lucknow branch specially because their branch head is just nonsense, no leadership skill. He is just a puppet and do not have any power to support you. Their all work is full of manual works. There are no automatic approval system. you’ve to visit minimum 8 people per day and share their details at evening, and in review meeting, they’ll read between lines for creating trouble for you. They will tell you to meet- 2 Architects per day 2 builders per day 2 end customers per day 2 dealers per day And one review meeting at every 3rd day. You’ll not be able to give your time to your family, Branch head has no skill of team management. He has got the team of 28 people suddenly but not able to handle such a big team. Do not expect any support from BRANCH HEAD, he will not confident enough to handle any team.
