Nothing is good except my leadership officer is cooperative and he always appreciating my work

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. In case of salary is not as per market, thats why growth is slow. And this organization doesn't have any vision that's why lot of uncertainty spoils your carrier path.

Likes

Actually it was a project for slow learner students . So I had to teach with motivation n activities. I like the subject wise training session for teachers organized by company. By these sessions I also learned how to teach children by their needs. And also like to check weekly reports by conducting meetings.

Dislikes

After every 6 months company gives the break for 1 month because of going the cancellation chance of permanent.There was few manpower that's why it becomes a field work for women.
