Nothing is good except my leadership officer is cooperative and he always appreciating my work

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. In case of salary is not as per market, thats why growth is slow. And this organization doesn't have any vision that's why lot of uncertainty spoils your carrier path.

The job is intresting , really I struggled at the beginning. I learn everything on the job and started some itiative first time in organization history.
