... they hire at the below minimum wage and you would only do all the labor work. Payscale is terrible, they expect you t work for 12-15hrs but if you ever speak about a salary raise or appraisal, you'll only hear the manager's excuses and comments on your work quality(no matter how well you've performed).

The work culture is terrible. There is a work-life balance, you'll live under the constant terror of the content manager. Don't get fooled by the good reviews. They ask, or rather force, their employees to post fake good reviews about the company. You'll face office politics, team leaders will not let you grow, and they fake the clients that they've worked with, everything about this company is fraud. Do not join this company. Trust me, you can get better opportunities absolutely anywhere else!

I do admit that I first heard about this company when the recruiter approached me about this opportunity. After the call, I thoroughly researched the organisation and I can truly say that I am impressed by the company's accomplishments in the field and excited about its plans for the future. I find it fascinating that the company maintains a more analytical approach to marketing and communications, which is something that I also have been exploring in my work. As an experienced communications specialist with a similar research focus, I know I could bring a lot of value to the team.
