Though in a contractual role, my time with JanBask Training has been rewarding. The collaborative environment at JanBask has been a significant highlight. As a content writer, I learned to tackle different types of writing challenges and have been appreciated for good work.

There's nothing to like about this company. This is a terrible company to work at, especially if you're on the content team. The content manager has no work ethic, she treats her team members horribly, and as a content writer, you won't be writing anything. Most of their work is done by freelancers, who they hire at the below minimum wage and you would only do all the labor work. Payscale is terrible, they expect you t work for 12-15hrs but if you ever speak about a salary raise or appraisal, you'll only hear the manager's excuses and comments on your work quality(no matter how well you've performed)....Read More

The work culture is terrible. There is a work-life balance, you'll live under the constant terror of the content manager. Don't get fooled by the good reviews. They ask, or rather force, their employees to post fake good reviews about the company. You'll face office politics, team leaders will not let you grow, and they fake the clients that they've worked with, everything about this company is fraud. Do not join this company. Trust me, you can get better opportunities absolutely anywhere else!...Read More

As a employee, If you are sick or a medical issue, No one even bothers to give you a courtesy call. You are forced to work even on Saturdays and Sundays, and your concerns are not listened to. Despite promises, salary increments are not given. You are never appreciated.
