JANA forces employees for Pocket Funding, that means If any customer didn't pay his/her emi, you have to fund it from your Salary. Worst work culture there. Manager will force you to do FRAUD. Suppose, you have collected the EMI of RAM, after doing signatures and by generating receipts. Now, Company will enforce you to deposit RAM'S EMI into the account of SHYAM, Which is clearly a fraud. When you will submit resign, company will blackmail you, pointing all that frauds and manager will say all the frauds are done by you. Please never ever join here.

Fraud Activities, Even higher level managers and HR are involved with that frauds. You will realize after 3months of joining.

They are not transferable employee to various departments through promotion They will pay high salary to outsiders but not giving chance to existing employee while exiting employee is more productive then the outsiders

There is no job security. During Covid-19 pendamic the company fired some good employees for the sake of cost cutting which is inhuman and put the families of those employees into jeopardize. Moreover the office infrastructure is very poor. No Air conditioner, no power backup, faulty desktops and printers etc .
