Salary on time but nothing is gud

Dislikes

I was pregnant in Jan 2020 I told my ROL to give me 2 month rest asy residence was 2 hour distance and doctor advice letter was also given to him but the HR forced to submit the resignation letter as they will not given me the 2 months time I did the same and resigned. A girl does not understand girls problem so sad.

They change and department any time. My corporate Salary Dept is closed. I have joined just in 2 months completed. Than after My Department is Closed they transfer me to casa department

Janbank, everything is fine at the higher level. Salary and incentives are also good, there is no problem.

Dislikes

The working culture is very bad. Especially the behaviour of the branch head is very bad. Branch head treat employees like servents and he forces the employees to resign forcefully. Even after giving resignation they do not give relieving letter. Branches are open on Sundays in the collection part. HR listen to every branch head and do not investigate anything from their side. The name of the branch head of Sibsagar location is Harikinkar Mohan.

lots of things are that we not telling you because their is no action againest the superior but you asked me ill tell you in breaf 1. my branch is Nandanvan3033 and my branch manager you search his name in your data .i am never seen this type of person in my life it is waast person that is have never seen. he dosenr have manners, ethicates, he dont have any characters . he always think self dont think about any his staff. he always Getinge leaves for any Seely Seely reasons when staff will asked him to personal leave or emergency leave he said no means no for emergency or death reasons in my branch no one care about the manager. he will not exist in such kind of level of job like post of manager .technical knowledge also zero even he not send one mail to his knowledge always asking ops team always. JCH&RCM are same category on RCM have kind of Knowledge but jch stupide person . he never support any kind situation create of customer to resolved in simple language (Fukat ke paise lera hai manager bankr usse acch to acm tha jab accha tha) my reason behind to leave this job only this person MY JCH he always harrased mentaly or physicaly he always torture all staff i will request you plz get out him in the company . always targets not important cair of staff also importent. more thins that i have tellyou but theis is no changes in this culture he always working like this no matter to discussed more an also timing issue when wear walking interview he said morning 7am to 4pm but in real situation compulsory morning time is 7am but thir is no time to go home sometime 9pm sometime 9.30pm and always every day after 8pm to released all executive staff go to home after 8pm and all sunday work all holidays work including workline holidays also work more thing no words to discribed you now i am so free and salfe
