All, no work life balance, No supporting hands available, No holiday Even had to work Sunday, most pathetic is 90 days Notice period but No NP reduction policy or Early Release facility available just like Incoming facility available but Outgoing not allow.... Very Bad corporate culture..

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportivr and the management is trasparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good sallary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Learn to handle lots of work at the same time , salary was always on time even on lockdown and didn't removed any of employee on lockdown, Supportive coworkers .

Long working hours , you have to work on Sunday and on other holidays , Salary is low according to your work
