I didn't face any problems but I have personally problem dut to low salary growth and no promotion according to my hardwork in 3years inexperience which spend in symbiotec.

No planning , very under pressure job irregular activities and no training only needs output and crowdy environment.. Such a disgusting company environment specially steroid QC everywhere only bad smell .. Steroid and harmones are side-effect in our body. Poor canteen facility. Jeevan "JHAND" ban Gayi yanha aake...

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow

Poor management policy because some people . No transparency in management. They not give salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't trash our employees issues. There is a bond of 2 years before 2 years cannot resign. and career growth is very poor . And not provide a proper training of employees
