Good work environment and culture.support staff and senior are supportive and management is good company policies are good appraisals are decent but salary is low.

Slow grouth because of this note ban and demonstration one more think compare to ujjivan bank our Jana bank little bit slow because ujjivan bank was doing all's MFI branches is converted bank branches but janalakshmi was creating new bank branch I don't know why and compare to janalakshmi ujjivan bank executive salary was high One more thing every year you people taking the review but no more improvement in our salary and career also ☹️

In jana finance on time monthly salary im received every month. Without fail. Regarding Management is good to me. And i would resigned my job at 2019 january.. due to my family issues.....

Work timing is not suitable for me some times... but not all the days . Only few days alone.

...tion manager. Every day the same work there isn't any single thing for learning. No job security, they just removed their employees from other branches in the name of cost cutting (although they were performing good). If talking about increment if you get 10% atleast it will be the highest amount of percentage. strongly not recommended if you have the project Janalakshmi.

Unfortunately there is only things to dislike in this company. By mistakenly I write down my experience in likes so go get them there!!! By the way Strongly not recommended if you have Project Janalakshmi.
