Job security is good, work culture is bad. Salary hike is poor mainly I am releaving reason low salary.
This is only 2 or 3 things that is good for our company
1 thing Salary structure & INCENTIVE benefits are best also Local convince also good
2 thing company culture atmospher are good ,supporting only staff also good not manager or superior yeat
lots of things are that we not telling you because their is no action againest the superior but you asked me ill tell you in breaf 1. my branch is Nandanvan3033 and my branch manager you search his name in your data .i am never seen this type of person in my life it is waast person that is have never seen. he dosenr have manners, ethicates, he dont have any characters . he always think self dont think about any his staff. he always Getinge leaves for any Seely Seely reasons when staff will asked him to personal leave or emergency leave he said no means no for emergency or death reasons in my branch no one care about the manager. he will not exist in such kind of level of job like post of manager .technical knowledge also zero even he not send one mail to his knowledge always asking ops team always. JCH&RCM are same category on RCM have kind of Knowledge but jch stupide person . he never support any kind situation create of customer to resolved in simple language (Fukat ke paise lera hai manager bankr usse acch to acm tha jab accha tha) my reason behind to leave this job only this person MY JCH he always harrased mentaly or physicaly he always torture all staff i will request you plz get out him in the company . always targets not important cair of staff also importent.

no matter to discussed more an also timing issue when wear walking interview he said morning 7am to 4pm but in real situation compulsory morning time is 7am but thir is no time to go home sometime 9pm sometime 9.30pm and always every day after 8pm to released all executive staff go to home after 8pm and all sunday work all holidays work including workline holidays also work more thing no words to discribed you now i am so free and salfe

Almost everything. I did not believe in reviews here and when I joined, I realised that what was written negatively here was indeed true.
1. No support from operations team. Simple account opening takes a week.
2. Lethargic management who does not work on special requests by Ultra HNIs. Just know how to yell at employees for not getting business while ignoring the business they have got to them.
3. Branch Managers change employee codes while logging in cases so that their favourite person is shown higher in MIS.
4. Employee ID creation, access to system can take more than a month.
5. Constant calls from seniors does not give time to work. Managers force to attend these calls and keep aside other work.
6. Old employees boss over new joinees and make sure they do not succeed.
7. No access to existing clientele given as relationship manager.
8. Only the favourites of the branch manager get the leads generated from HO. Others do not get anything.
9. Work starts at 8.45am and we leave office at 8.30pm. Anything before is frowned upon by the management.
They offer better salary than other small finance nothing else

Late working hours if today's Target is not achieved then go and report to RH office at late nights no personal life work on Saturdays even HR is only on pen and paper no empathy for employees
...um cashier but now I am working as a cashier in cash but Degisnation not change. And the main think is salary is to low my team mate join as a fresher and join date 2022 December company give him 1lakh 60thousands per year but company give
me after 2years 1lakhs 59thousand I don't
know why and what's basis company create this rules as my own opinion it's wrong some one take high salary and some on verry low but they sam Degisnation and belongs sam position and I think company need work with this.
