I don't have any reasons to like. Only HR is good.

Work Culture is terrible. No Care for employees. You will be treated as labour. Over loaded over. Timing and punctuality is so poor. You can't be even 1 min late and if you, give reasons. You have to work 3 4 more hour even after your working hour is over. No extra benefits.

As it goes with every small/mid range company.The founder is the Boss,his rules are final,he creates his own rules,he can change it whenever he wants,he wants you to dedicate your life to him.In one sentence "He owns you".
