The pressure and workload you experience in Jamocha will make you very strong , so in other companies even in comparatively tougher situations you will not feel much pressure.

I don't have any reasons to like. Only HR is good.

Dislikes

Work Culture is terrible. No Care for employees. You will be treated as labour. Over loaded over. Timing and punctuality is so poor. You can't be even 1 min late and if you, give reasons. You have to work 3 4 more hour even after your working hour is over. No extra benefits.
