Been associated with Jamipol for past three years, organisation is great if u just want to settle, salary depends on your last negotiation, increment is gradual & good.

Dislikes

Favouring certain employees, politics is something which u must learn in order to sustain here. Also some seniors are not much experienced but sitting on top position due to luck, which might be a problem at certain times.

Being in a Tata Group, it have the Tata Culture just like across Tata Eco System, Job is secured.Ethics Culture is good and priority is given to Safety and overall well being of everyone.

Dislikes

Salary Structure is not upto the market standards and promotion schemes are prepared by keeping in the mind for some specific targeted people, people are not treated equally.

If any candidate recruit for parmanent means in company payroll then it will be better and better job security as well as best career growth.

Dislikes

I have disliked bcz i was since 4.5 year in the company and it has said that you will be in payroll within 1 year but till date i am not in company's payroll after working 4.5 years so that in my opinion if you looking job in jamipol make sure you will in the payroll as per company rules and take a written statement for the same. Finally that's why have quit the job I had do my best for the company despite no positive responce from the management. Thank you.

Job security - yes Work culture is ok Company policy is very bed as if you are having last option to join then you can work as the increment is not 500 in a month ,so think before joining. Your career will be destroyed. As there increment process is very very slow.

Increment Appraisal No training at all ,you have to work like a supervisor. So forget about your studies
