If any candidate recruit for parmanent means in company payroll then it will be better and better job security as well as best career growth.

I have disliked bcz i was since 4.5 year in the company and it has said that you will be in payroll within 1 year but till date i am not in company's payroll after working 4.5 years so that in my opinion if you looking job in jamipol make sure you will in the payroll as per company rules and take a written statement for the same.
