In my whole career span of around 14 years, I haven't come across such an egalitarian organisation and also a place where we get to learn and develop our skills every day. In today's competitive corporate world, no organisation takes the time out to train and develop people - but here the top management personally invests their time to teach / train all employees across all levels.
