Worst for freshers. It's like being in Pressure cooker. No respect for ladies. Dictator type Treatment. Call themselves as OEM but environment is super worst then Service based Industry. Importance and appreciation are given only to those who spy for management. HR is not supportive. They are puppets. You will be fired off left and right if you won't do the things as per manager. He tell to bill less billable hours in your daily workorder though entire work is done by you. All credit is taken for himself and if mistake is found them we are reasonable. Many more to listdown.
