Just don't believe the reviews here. They are fake and rigged. If you wish to know more connect with previous employees on LinkedIn. It's a fraudulent company.

1. Salary doesn't come. Never on time. 2. They don't even deposit PF. 3. HR doesn't reply to queries. 4. No first aid kit provided in any stores. Have no operating licenses. 5. Don't join. All employees who have left have filed cases on this horrible company in labour court.

...reviews are given by the owner and his friends. Salaries will never be on time . The owner does not have money to pay the employees but rides a hired Audi and pays more than a lac on the rent. Gives inflated sales figures to get investments. numerous cases against the owner in labour and criminal courts. All the suppliers have stopped supplying as payments are due. Supplies substandard products which is purchased at a cheap rate , uses chemicals and sells at a very high rate. Hardly a sale of 20/25 lacs a month and degrowing every month but shows sale of 1 Cr + in the books by incorporating orders in ficticious names .

Everything... The owner Dippankar Halder is a big time cheat. PF/IT/ESI are never deposited in time. Employees are never paid on time and in full. If one exits will never get the F&F. This company is going to close down very soon. Promises for CSR . collects funds but does nothing in CSR... Collection goes to the owners pocket....

Nothing to like. Worst decision of my life to join the fraud company. Currently only one store is open rest all locations shut down. Wish jaldi se ye bhi band ho jaye. Logon ka Paisa kha kr kha jaoge dipankar .

... going on for jalongi. Too many cases and complaints in Government department. No salary, PF given till date.

Nothing is there to do job, No Job security. No salary on time it's late 2-3 Months if they have money. Owner is stupid and nonsense. Owner dose not know how to do business. Totally fraud company. Turnover show's 1 cr per month but actual is 40-45 Lacs. He don't deposit PF and Income tax. No Full and final, if you ask he panalys you. My Full and final is pending and have put complaint in court and it's is in process.. I would not suggest to join this company. If you join your carrier will be end..

A promising venture and can do wonders in the ecom retail.... However bad management.

...ax is deducted but not deposited. F&F is never done. Salaries are never on time. Salary deductions if an employee makes a mistake. No insurance for employees. Inhuman and Unhygenic working conditions. Employees are trapped. U leave and will never get your F&F and release. The owner / director has a fraudulent mentality. Vendors are not paid for months. The company does not have required licences to operate. Food Safety/ Shops and establishment / fire etc...
