The senior management are worst qualities. General manager of the hotel just deployed for the formalities. There are no workload but against the internal politics clever poeple can not servive theirs job against of them. People who relax theirs career can join this group .

Worst management , no one dicision maker whole dicisions are comes through the MD ,and VP , General manager just diployed for formalities , there are no career growth , lack of trainings , all people are just enjoying owners money , the hotel going to loss cause of worst management

It was good but now the working hare is horrible. There is no job security. Employee has been treated as slave. So bad culture. Too much politics. You have to paise your boss unnecessary then only you can service hare.
