Compensation is decent,but growth is solow.the work pressure is very high.some times,I have to work 14_16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and some times late in to the night,

The company is giving innovative opportunity and adopts latest technology. Company allows you to open your mind on broad platform and enhance your skills by taking decisions independently in favour of the organisation.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time. I got appraised by client many times but simultaneously unnoticed during my appraisals.

The company gives Salary on time. PF Facility/Pension Facility is there. Gratuity is there. Medical Health Insurance is there.

Dislikes

Bonus should be due on Diwali and same should not on monthly basis. Company Annual Event is not there. Company official events and outside sports are very less. Up and down travel facility is not there.
