Good organisation to work with authority, freedom, work culture but requires more attention towards employee rewards & recognition along with suitable salary & compensations. Also management needs to give time for new businesses to stabilize and not take decisions randomly/instinctively

Dislikes

Instinctive management decisions and poor compensation and salary structure with overnight change in company policies about the salary, reimbursements, Performance linked incentives, etc. Frequent change in senior management makes it difficult and uncomfortable for the team to have confidence and motivation for work

The work environment is very good to work here, and the best thing is that the salary will hit your account on last day of the same month.

I think nothing is here to dislike for me because of here is the best environment to work here for me.

Firstly there is no job security. They work on use and throw system, Not proper increment, always work under pressure, not any credibility of management regarding employee. Worst company culture. Never get response from hr.

Compensation is decent,but growth is solow.the work pressure is very high.some times,I have to work 14_16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and some times late in to the night,
