Dislikes

Bonus should be due on Diwali and same should not on monthly basis. Company Annual Event is not there. Company official events and outside sports are very less. Up and down travel facility is not there.

I like the fact that salary credits on time. I like the fact that no one bothers you if you have done your work on time. Infrastructure is good. No hire and fire policy. No work on weekends, atleast for now. I hope it stays like this. They tire people with work. If you are able to do it. well done. if not, then they will teach you how to do it but work load will not get reduce in any case.

Dislikes

Shift ends at 6.30 but usually it takes 7.30 to 8 to leave the premise. You will not get easy promotions, high increment, something common for higher positions only. So, make sure to bet Mid level and freshers will have to struggle.

The work environment is very good to work here, and the best thing is that the salary will hit your account on last day of the same month.

I think nothing is here to dislike for me because of here is the best environment to work here for me.

No job security. Too much politics. Work load. Interference of Corporate Office. 6 day & Strict timing in Plant. Variable salary part is doubted. Negotiate on fix salary only, don't focus on variable. Plant Head is a Madrasi, nothing he knows but behave like a dictator. Cocurricular activity has been stopped.
