Good cooperation from FMD, HR. Allow as participate in university academic activities.

Dislikes

Bad growth, more work for less salary, bad leave system, no proper on training for staff, no value for individual unique strength, inexperienced heads. Unproven educational software developed inhouse (Shiksha) which is inconsistent.

No work pressure, whatsoever. Salary is on time. Incentives are good and the appraisal is decent.

Management is very professional. Even University pay for each and every extra work like exam duty, paper setting etc...

I am only not satisfy with my personal salary. Otherwise overall its very nice experience with Jain University.

Nothing. It harasses faculty members. It doesn’t deserve to a University as there is no system, policy, academics or research. All fake on paper.

...g Full Professor. Improper sitting place & work place. No support for research No proper salary -benefits& increment No leave & vacation. No system for work; running like banana republic. Run by unqualified people not deemed fit as per UGC norms. All fake work; doesn’t deserve to be a University. Hence, huge staff turn over

Jain University is a brand name. Everything from the infrastructure to the salary is very well structured. Senior management is extremely helpful and supportive. At Jain university , both teachers and students are equally important and they get equal growth and development opportunities. From time to time the university organizes various events, in which teachers and students participate equally. overall, it's an amazing workplace and the learning never stops.

Dislikes

Micro management and workplace politics is quite dominant in some departments.
