Rude attenders. Rude and abusive lawn movers of Golf of Course. Have to jump across a gutter to reach academic blocks. Transportation politics by bus coordinators. New students joining 1 st year will be accommodated while old faculty will be kicked out even though new students boards ahead of the stops from where faculty boards the bus. And management supports students. Some faculty are overloaded and some are enjoying without any work. Non stop accreditation preparing files. HODs want to save their position and be in the goodbooks of everyone including management to attenders but some faculty. Pensioner's paradise with least work. Mentoring and Project centric learning approaches have been made monstrous. Internal marks and External marks are made equal 50 and 50. For internals, out of 50, written test carries only 15, then other 35 from assignments, mcq, blended/experiential learning not at all suitable to engineering courses. Even if the student is absent for internal tests, he can score 30+ out of 50. But once he/she graduate will have to work a lot because of weak or nil basic knowledge and will be a good fit for event management....Read More

No work life balance, dumb and orthodox rules about dress code, for example wearing Saree for female faculties are mandatory, which is very impractical and unnecessary at some point.
