Jain University is a brand name. Everything from the infrastructure to the salary is very well structured. Senior management is extremely helpful and supportive. At Jain university , both teachers and students are equally important and they get equal growth and development opportunities. From time to time the university organizes various events, in which teachers and students participate equally. overall, it's an amazing workplace and the learning never stops.

Micro management and workplace politics is quite dominant in some departments.

The only thing they have going for them is good infra and big talks

Dislikes

Horrible management and compensation. Pay is miserable for even Phd holders and on top they have working on weekends (even Sunday) . Leave policy is miserable as you are restricted to only 1 leave per month and there is no carry forwarding of leaves. No concept of Medical Leaves or Maternity Leaves.

Jain university is a brand name .Everything from the infrastructure to the salary is very well structured . The support system from the senior management is simply unmatchable. At Jain university , you will get an open and interactive culture for both teachers as well as students. Facilities like the gym, library , etc also play a key role in maintaining a healthy work-life balance and keeping you going, Overall, it's an amazing workplace and the learning never stops.

...rofessor at Jain University, the institution treats all of its employees fairly. The university has a retention bonus policy that promotes a positive work environment quite effectively. Students in college are extremely helpful. There is a professional work environment in place, which ensures that the work is of high quality.

Dislikes

Everything else is excellent, but the rigorous timings make it impossible to arrange transportation sometimes. It would be fantastic if the institution also provided transportation for the employees.
