Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I have strong work experience under esteemed C.A. Jaiminshah & associate Family.I worked there as an C.A. Article about 3.5 years.The place is full of positive waves and eco friendly.That help me to get confident and successful in my field. I have learned work closely with Accounting, Income-tax, ITR, GST related work, Bank reco,Book keeping, Payout, G.L.S, tds, Auditing of many companies as well as banks and clients interaction. Staff's nature was amazing they all are work with Honesty, Integrity, Dependability, reliability, and responsibility. We shared our Meal as well as thik and thin experience together. What I'm today just because of him. I highly recommend to the people if you want to grab knowledge so this is the perfect place for you.
