Don’t ask for the salary just work for them. If you don’t remind about your salary you will not even get the salary till you don’t remind. Always ready to do Their personal work.even after doing all the office work. You are not doing any rocket work for them. This job includes travelling. But go by bus everywhere. On interview everything they promised you to give. And ask for the immediate join . And when you are ready to join . After giving notice to old company. They will make you wait for 2 to 4 months. To join

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
