Teammates are highly unprofessional as they are hired on the basis of salary they could draw and not on the basis of talent. The owner does not bother what happens in the channel. He is interested in keeping it alive only.

...al management. Those who don't know TV media have become adviser of the channel. Most importantly, the channel does not pay salary on time. It is delayed by at least 2 to 3 months. The cameramen had to revolt against the management.
