Teammates are highly unprofessional as they are hired on the basis of salary they could draw and not on the basis of talent. The owner does not bother what happens in the channel. He is interested in keeping it alive only.

The channel is about to shut its shop with highly paid unprofessional journalists who are corrupt and immoral. Nobody bothers to take the channel forward as the owner himself is least bothered in investing money into distribution, quality manpower. The channel is used to gain political mileage. Immoral activities in the channel are rampant. Highly unprofessional management. Those who don't know TV media have become adviser of the channel. I was executive Editor during Loksabha and Assembly elections. Tried to change the work culture of a regional channel. But the staff working there is not loyal to the channel but they are informers of politicians
