Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Politics level very high. The management politics level is very cheap they can go to any level to irritate new employees. The CEO of the factory and HR manager from where you can expect the help you will never get help. Either they all make a team to irritate the lady. The manager of other department including HR department used to make his outside friends call the lady manager at midnight to make a fear in her mind so that she can leave the job and their known male friend can sit on the chair. It's my request to the bold ladies who want to grow don't join the JBI till than these kind of HR and CEO are available in the JBI and also if you don't want to disturb your mind.
